class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qui suis &#8211; je ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e \u00e9ducatrice sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e, je suis sensibilis\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;autisme depuis mon plus jeune \u00e2ge. Auparavant, j&rsquo;ai exerc\u00e9 mes fonctions en qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;Accompagnatrice d&rsquo;\u00c9l\u00e8ves en Situation de Handicap (AESH), endroit o\u00f9 j&rsquo;accompagnais des coll\u00e9giens pr\u00e9sentant des troubles de l&rsquo;apprentissage. Cette exp\u00e9rience m&rsquo;a permis d&rsquo;accompagner chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve vers la r\u00e9ussite de sa scolarit\u00e9 tout en apportant un suivi avec assiduit\u00e9 en fonction des besoins et capacit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au fil de mon exp\u00e9rience, j&rsquo;ai souhait\u00e9 \u00e9voluer personnellement et professionnelle. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 ce moment pr\u00e9cis, que j&rsquo;ai entrepris ma formation d&rsquo;\u00e9ducatrice sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e. J&rsquo;ai exerc\u00e9 un contrat d&rsquo;apprentissage dans une association de pr\u00e9vention g\u00e9n\u00e9rale concentr\u00e9e sur le d\u00e9crochage scolaire et la d\u00e9linquance dans le quartier prioritaire de Lille-Sud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai ensuite effectu\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience de plusieurs mois en Institut d&rsquo;\u00c9ducation Motrice (IEM), \u00e9tablissement qui accompagne des enfants et adolescents porteurs de polyhandicap. Cette exp\u00e9rience m&rsquo;a permis de d\u00e9couvrir diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes de communications verbales et non-verbales, outils que nous avons pu exp\u00e9rimenter en \u00e9quipe pluridisciplinaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e, j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 diff\u00e9rents remplacements en \u00c9tablissement et Service d&rsquo;Accompagnement par le Travail (ESAT). Cette exp\u00e9rience m&rsquo;a permise de d\u00e9couvrir la d\u00e9ficience intellectuelle et les troubles psychotiques chez l&rsquo;adulte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9dig\u00e9 mon m\u00e9moire de pratique professionnelle sur \u00ab\u00a0La consid\u00e9ration de la parole de l&rsquo;enfant en situation de handicap physique\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de mon temps libre, je suis engag\u00e9e dans un association de lutte contre le harc\u00e8lement scolaire, fonctions qui me permet d&rsquo;accompagner diff\u00e9rentes familles et membres actifs avec des profils et exp\u00e9riences \u00e0 la fois vari\u00e9s et compl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un cadre o\u00f9 bienveillance et \u00e9coute sont mes principales valeurs, j&rsquo;assure un suivi sur mesure.
